the screen died on my zune

is there a fix for this or should i just take it to best buy and get a replacement and i bought the replacement plan for it. i've had it a year next month. it doesnt even turn on (the screen) but music does play. and is this a common problem with these?

ok nm for search purposes i found that a hard reset fixed it. wonder what happen to make it freak out like that.

Your answer lies in the bottom two options to reset. Did you update it recently, then noticed the screen nuked? Bad firmware is a notorious guilty party, seen those countless times with routers. It's too bad it doesn't have a Microsoft OS, then u know who to blame there Glad it's workin though! You might wan't to permanently "break" it before your replacement plan runs out, in that case, Static is your best friend
