Tshirts, etc...? - Tuesday, August 26, 2008 8:11 PM
For the game on Saturday, where is the best place to shop price wise that actually have nice looking michigan football tshirts and gear?  MDen is kinda lame if you ask me......

You could go to Moe's http://www.moesportshops.com/ ....but that will cost you as much if not moreso than the MDen. Though, you might be able find some unique items there that are not available at the Mden. Pretty sure Steve & Berry's is bankrupt so the main cheap place to go is gone.

Just bought the season shirt today. I like the look of it. I view it kinda like a tour t-shirt with the schedule on the back.

Do you know if that is in the Rivertown Mall?  I'm looking to get some gear for Saturday's game.

Edit: Nevermind, I found it: http://letsgoblueonline.com/default.asp

not rivertown but the other mall off of 28th steet where burlington coat factory is. If your going to grandville go to LETS GO BLUE its in the plaza where DW is at but to the far east. Right on the north side of 44th accross from the rivertown mall.

Went to Let's Go Blue in Grandville.  While they have some cool stuff, all their clothing is off brand stuff.  No Nike or Adidas.  Apparently he has been approved to sell Adidas but won't get shipments until September.  I ended up going to Dick's Sporting Goods that has a limited selection of Adidas.  The t-shirt I got is Clima-Control material, which is super nice!

Steve and barry's is where I used to shop on campus. It's on State street right by the universit Bookstore (across the street from Nickel's Arcade).
Usually two shirts for $15 and many styles... Not as good of quality as Mden but the price is right.

I guess the low prices finally got to them... not to mention, not paying the student newspaper.

umchemeng:

Was just looking for baby items for a friend of mine - S&B didn't have a lot - it was all in white. There is a really cute onesie at M-Den - in grey. (Babies in white doesn't work for me!) Moe's had some cute baby booties. The rest of their selection wasn't great - they were re-stocking.

While the Mden has been a little lacking in nice stuff recently I just got the fall catalog and they had some really nice sweatshirts, polos and t's.

Normally I look thru the catalog and dont see anything I would buy especially at their prices but I found more than a few and it seemed some of the prices were reasonable.
