I coached Fred for a little while his frosh year in HS until he transfered to a rival HS. He was a skinny, 6-2, 180 WR, with a ton of talent. He had some growing pains at USC and looks like he's going through those with the 'Skins.

In order to have a winner, the team must have a feeling of unity; every player must put the team first-ahead of personal glory.
