ORIGINAL: kentuckywolverine Is the game on national TV? I woulda thought it was on Vs. but they seem to be showing Pride Fighting or something or other. Is it streaming on the internet somewhere? It's nationwide on VS in 30 minutes, ya MMA is on as usual, when no one is watching t-minus 30 minutes until the Wings waltz towards the Cup (knock on wood...)

Ya buddy! Come on score some more, I wanna see Turchoke pulled .. note McCarty's tally so far, 6:00 in the box, come on man if your gonna sit that long, at least give Ott a nice bruise (but NOT when he's sitting on the bench!)

ORIGINAL: MaizeinTN ... I wanna see Turchoke pulled .. Ahem ... It's cool, but ... you do realize that he was in goal for two (2) National Championships at Michigan? As much as I like the Wings, I enjoyed watching the team that Marty played on at Michigan more. He is quite a competitor and I expect him to play for the Cup someday if he plays on a complete team.

ORIGINAL: kentuckywolverine I do believe I am the ONLY person in KY who not only watches hockey but who even knows what it is. It's great to have such representation on this topic from the "South" in KY and TN. A couple of States I have great memories from my childhood. But, it's been too long since I've been there. Last time, I visited Dale Hollow Lake.

ORIGINAL: EFWolverine I hope the Red Wings are taking notes: THIS is how you play when you have a chance to close a team out. Hmmmm ... either they paid attention or your concern was misplaced.

That and this is the first time I've heard the TV guys make a single mention of the fact that uh... the Wings have been without Franzen as of late... you know, he was only the hottest player going when he got hurt. Nice to see them come out and make plays again here, how awesome was that move Zetterberg put on for the short-handed goal???

You mean the game wasn't over after 40 minutes? It's been over 30 years since a team came back from an 0-3 deficit in a series in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, but how long since a team overcame a 4-0 score in the 3rd period? I don't really want to know. Wow, slow skating on a 2 on 0!

They have to score another to shut this crowd down, which is surprising cause half the seats are empty, must be 50 cent beer night
