From the looks of it, Terrence Robinson got the shaft as well as Michael Shaw

They didnt give the recievers fast ratings at all. Mathews got a 90 speed and so did stonum. I know were probably gonna have a shotgun formation this year because were running the spread but does ne one know why we've never had one int the past? Also I think McGuffie is number 28 judging by his speed.

WOW, talk about Overrated State University.

EA just released all the player ratings for the top 25 teams and somehow OSU got some of these ratings

90 overall for their TE (Butler somehow isnt over an 87 after outrunning the entire UF defense!)
94 speed rating for Robiskie (He couldnt even break free from an LSU DB!)
93 speed rating for Hartline (What?)
Morgan Trent is somehow only 1 overall point better than OSU's third CB (how is he 3 points below Washington?)

Our speed ratings got jacked up in this game

Good link to some Michigan pics and info for the game. Notice who we are playing in the demo pictures.

It looks like Ryan Mallett is still on our team.

Thats not Mallett, it's actually Threet they just screwed up his number. EA has been known to mess up the numbers alot on their games. I think on 04 Chad Henne was #4 and on 08 Donavan Warren was #21.

Incase any Xbox 360 owners with xbox live missed it, the NCAA 09 demo was released. It's a lot better than last years demo. You get 2 minute quarters to play as LSU or that team down south. It's only a demo so by no means does it stand for what the game really is but it looks good thus far. I really liked the way you can break out of moves now. The new attempted tackles such as one armed tackles that can easily be broken add to the game play as well. I can't wait for the full game now. It's looking to be great.

I wish they would just take the time to put more pregame effects in the game like us running under the go blue banner or clemson touching howards rock. Little things like that would make the game so much better.

The demo plays very nicely, but as you can see (if any of you bothered to play as OSU), Ohio State is the ultimate cheese team. They have the best RB in the game (I wont argue it), speed receivers (more key than possesion receivers in video games), Pryor (who was made a god in the game for some reason), and a very good defense. I played with OSU just to use some exploits in the game and sure enough, Pryor can pretty much do anything and you could also just jam the receivers at the line (because both corners were highly rated) and have like 10 seconds to sack the QB.

I will say this since most of UM's runs are going to be out of shotgun, or a handful of them. The QB choice is a very nice play in this game.

I wish Feagin would have got a little better rating. Its gonna be hard for me to win with michigan due to the terrible ratings ea gave our quarterbacks

Yea online play won't be easy but on offline dynasties, I've always been a fan of creating players to recruit so Shavoderick Beaver and Kevin Newsome will be created targets for me.

The new online dynasty concept sounds amazing to me. Playing and recruiting against your friends for up to 60 seasons is genius.

Yea I will probably do that as well. Last year I created McGuffie n Pryor (but had delete him). But that online dynasty does sound pretty sweet. I'm debating on wheather to buy it for ps3 or 360.

The games run the same on both systems, frame rates and all, so I would go with the one that has better online play. You have to pay for Xbox Live, but in my opinion it is a better online system, especially when it comes to talking trash on the microphone. I love talking trash to a punk who plays as Ohio State and gets run down.

All I know is you play and recruit against your friends for up to 60 seasons, which to me sounds pretty awesome! Go to this site http://www.easports.com/ncaa09/ they should have some details about it there.

Michigan's playbook

It looks real nice from the looks of it. About 3 Iform's, 3-4 Ace's, and like 9 Shotgun Formations.

You may have to open it twice, at least thats what I had to do (first one for download then second one to view).
