got 54 yards on his first 4 carries. really nice to see him doing well even if its the preseason. had a 15 yard run where his helmet came off at the end and he plowed ahead for a few more yards.

thats what i was about to say. i didnt mean it like he's going to be a pro-bowler or anything i was just saying it was nice to see him break off some good runs. and FWIW im a redskins fan and alot of those guys that were on D are in our 2 deep so its not like he was playing against a bunch guys that wont make the team.

I could care less about his mouth, he played his @#% off while he was here... I'll never forget what he did on the field these past four years. I may be no Colts fan, but I certainly hold nothing against Mikey.

Is "Mike Hart!" anything like "Steve Holt!"?
I wish Hart all the best. He gave the team everything he had for four years, so some time in the pros would be a great thing for a guy who was recruited as an after-thought. With his well-rounded game and some hard work, he could be a Brian Westbrook-type player.

I did get tired of his running his mouth also but I will miss having him in the backfield this season. He did give everything he had to the program and I respect that and wish him nothing but the best in the NFL.

I too am very anit-Colts especially being a Ravens fan. Baltimore fans as a whole are still very bitter about the Colts suddenly leaving Baltimore in the middle of the night. Anyway, I do still cheer for any Michigan player no matter what team they are playing for in the pros. I hope Mike Hart does well in his pro career just as he did at Michigan.

I'm not a Colts fan, by any stretch of the imagination, but it was nice to see Hart run well last night. I hope he does well in the league, just to prove all of the people wrong who said that he was too small and too slow to make it. How about Colt Brennan? He had a good game.

So, he has the exact right attitude, but gets punished for saying it? That quote right there shows me the true competitor Mike Hart is. I think many people are so quick to jump on the politically correct bandwagon and take any phrase of confidence as cockiness and poor sportsmanship. Mike Hart is and will forever be a legend at Michigan. He deserves to be remembered as nothing less.
