I received this email about the Carr's Wash for Kids:
Hello John,
I work with Tammi Carr in Development and she has asked me to follow up
with your question.
As you know, Coach Carr has retired. Because of this change, we will
not be having a Carr's Wash for Kids. We are very pleased that the
Football Program remains dedicated to supporting Mott and are excited to
be involved with their 3rd annual radio-a-thon fundraising event - the
UM Football Takeover of WTKA. Please see the description below of the
event.
We hope you will tune in on June 13!
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Melissa

Event: UM Football Takeover of WTKA
Date: June 13, 2008
Time: 7 am - 7 pm
Radio Station: WTKA, Sports Talk 1050 am
Description: U-M Football takes to the airwaves to benefit C.S. Mott
Children's Hospital and Women's Hospital! Ann Arbor Radio's four
stations will take part in 12-hour radio-a-thon featuring the U-M
Football team, health care experts and patients. As part of the
radio-a-thon event, Michigan coaches, players and former players will be
on the air talking about Michigan Football and raising awareness for the
C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and Women's Hospital fund-raising
campaign.
Maybe they should have a "Rita Rod, Makeup and Hair styling for Mott's" event.
