In order to have a winner, the team must have a feeling of unity; every player must put the team first-ahead of personal glory.

That would would speak well for Coach B's recruiting abilities if he could get a 4 star prospect, with offers like he has, to move that far from home.

I've been following this kid's recruitment for several months now...

After reading all the articles, all the quotes from Morris and his dad, all the editorial opinions from the Rivals guys...

Don't be surprised if he verbals to Michigan during his visit next week.

Beilein has borrowed some of RR's snake oil for this one. They (the Morrises) absolutely LOVVVVE the guy.

Belmont Shore? That's really close to me! Is he from Long Beach? And what team is that? I've never heard of it.

Yup.  Good vibrations coming from California and I'm not talking the Beach Boys.  Morris is really gonna help this team get on the winning track and really start competing.  I;m starting to get a little excited for the BB team.  Just a little excited, nothing too crazy just yet.

It's sad how there are two threads in the basketball forum and even with a recent HUGE commit this is still relatively slow. Maybe this kid will change the flow.

well, it is almost Football season and most everyone is over on that page. It's great to hear that we have good solid point guard coming to UM. Hopefully this will help land us a couple more top players in this class.

Hopefully Darius will attract other talent.  Getting the first big recruit is sometimes the toughest.  Congrats Coach Beilein!
