Rick Leach, 1975-78, QB
One of the best athletes
in Michigan history. Three times he was named All-Big Ten quarterback
and three times placed in the voting for the Heisman Trophy. As
a Senior he was voted the Big Ten's Most Valuable Player. While
many of his passing records have been eclipsed, he still holds the record
for highest touchdown percentage for season (12.38/1976) and career
(8.9/1975-78). He also played baseball at Michigan and was
All-American in both football and baseball.
